Who says i stop jek.. See. Now already 11.oo pm. Yet i still typing post, really mmn-wah-tak. but Still have to care about me mar. I work very san fu one lor..Somemore after tomorrow onwards no more car pool.. I have to pool myself. Have to take bus. Have to depend my papa to carry me from bukit jalil to Pj. yam-gong... filing all the time and most time in office situation of spookygrace appears.. "Blur~~" somemore have to take bus go home. Then at that time dono spend how many hours. Worrying pick pockets. Crowded lrt.. tat makes me more "stick-line"

To be honest. At these precious time, I really learnt a lot. First thing is to learn how to cry, especially it is the emotion of, you really don't know what you cried for. And may be you will ask :" why you cry jek.. " .. me:" sorb sorb..... I don't know wor.. "

I think qiong yau should ask me to some audition and take me into acting lor.May be i can become one crying star one day.. Crying no easy OK..

Secondly, is how to think what people is thinking, and yet the thinkings lead to your think. Meaning you think what people think. Then you add another additional thing in your own think lor.. understand.. Then the conclusion of it is.. thinking+crying. That is because, you think and have thought that not supposed to think, and wrongly think..

Whatever lar.. I understood it. Just feel it and got it. I think everyone would have the sense of the thinking mind one. Why I think too much har? You know ler. Inside office everyday filing and data entrying, bored of the Mp3, what you should do is to think something stupid lar.. Sometimes it is not stupid though., it might really useful one day in my life. Pei pEi, be calm, be cool and the world treats you right. Thinking is wonderful, may be... you can find the truth.

Thirdly, is to "tahan", sustainable is an ability of one. No matter it is physical, mental or emotional, normally when you will feel pain. Sometimes also sustain and tahan a bit lar when you go toilet.. Similarly, if you refuse to tahan until you reach the loo, everything will come out automatically...

Simultaneously, as in your life. Very hard to explain and describe. Sometimes you just have to feel, touch, experience and learn the skills of '' tahan" .. I think the view of your mind point will be very beautiful too..

The Incredible Hulk

Just watch The Incredible Hulk last Firday. Nah... Not so willing in watching those fiction and scientific movies. But, really willing to attend some movies entertainment. Cause. I long time no go for Movie liao...~~~

But, for me, the Hulk was made me quite disappointed. As same as the first one. I can't believe that I can fall asleep in the middle. The whole movie has no plot.. and very confusing plots. But, very amazing Mexico's places. That's the only thing I like in this movie.

I really don't understand that why the Iron Man appears as a ke-le-feh lastly.

Very unfortunate, the fuel price increasing and others FMCGs are following. And, that this time I got a job. You think I still got choice to choose from company A to Z.. erm.. which company I wanna work har?? I want a very having got potential company one, I want to work hor.. very challenging work one.. bla bla bla..



Is there anyone gonna tell me I am still having this choice though?. No lor.. And, any one tell you that I am working so-hardworking and hell exhausted from morning till evening? (take a deep breath) ...


Anyone working in big companies? Are you seeking for promotion nowadays? Are you feeling very stress because of heavy work load?? You fade up of your staff that who not listen to you and you just feel wanna give them slaps on their faces? Do you feel that you are the most potential subordinate in your department and your boss might give you a position above?

You got so hardworking o Not.. =P Don't tell me that everyday MSNing infront of your computer desk (not seen by your boss) and blogging and Facebooking are considered harworking, in contributing to your company? Do you know some companies' offices provide Karaoke spaces for their staff? (where where I wanna go?) Red-Box lar.. go work go work...









Go for hardworking in a company will let u easily got promoted. Might Be. But in this Asian especially South East Asian's culture, Staff are more to soft approach basically feminity and collective. And, even need a high degree of supervision. U got so hardworking if your boss not around you o not. ??


Yes, as a part of the company. We, the staff should get benefited of what you should provide to us. For example, Even if we demand for high class 5 star toilets which for staff to release their stress inside it. (eg. toilet is the best place to gossip as a mean to release stress by talking rumours)

But, besides potential subordinates in your company who consider hardworking, intelligent and smart in performing. Who else? Don't think those aunties are so reliable to perform well lor. Don't even think that they are "the one" who help you to negotiate businesses. They might just want to be relax-work-performance.. May be a "cafe" is their best place to rely on..

You might not know that a very traditional chinese companies and consider international, that I am working for. there is a polaristic of staff's behaviour. You can see serious and potential. And you can see one kind of Siu Lai working type.

Siu Lai working type will be:

"Aiya, we are all are Aunty-Aunty already lar.. So hardworking for what?? I oso no chance to get promotion liao.. ~ Oso no chance to get more increment in my work performance, I oni a clerk lar.. Why not I just have to be relaxed all the time,, Somemore the boss everyday oso Not around, Samo I work so many years liao. I still here.. No one dare to fire me oso.. I work here so long liao.. No need so hard work lar.. Let other people have the chance to work ma.. I don't fight work with them one.. So better relax.. "

Therefore, the company should provide N pounds of Milo and Tea for this SIU LAI group of staff. Because.. may be to appreciate their "aunty-contribution" lor (important grape vine)





So relax.... And, relax is very important OK. ! Because if the staff are working under pressure, it will affect their performance indeed. And, therefore, they need Milo to charge their energy almost at least 10 cups per day...




Sleep also important, as well as gossiping with others. Without these as an entertainment within a department. Staff wil not be motivated and inspired to work. In fact, soft approach of work attitude is considered the best working ethics in Asia (except Japan). You agree? No choice if you not agree. Cause.. That is what I am experiencing currently..




Just have to work like a Siu Lai Lai.. and your life will be very relax and enjoyable...

I did go to banks, and firstly is to Public bank in Kuchai Lama to withdraw big amound of RM200.. *sorb sorb. Still left little amount inside. And my next would be the Maybank to open my new account that acquired. I thought that I can done all these by today.. YES! TODAY! the feller came to me and say:" Miss ah! Your IC here is stated in Seri Kembangan, if you want to open account you have to follow to the nearest location.."

me:" Y other banks don't need? Why last time no need?"

Staff:" er......"

me:"Bandar Kinrara can ah?"

Staff:" er.. Puchong Cannot, because your IC is in Serdang, Serdang has many branches there.. "

A rising fuel price already a fact in our community. But what to do, when you met a very moron that suddenly says " eh, tomorrow ah! you should left your house already know! I want to develop your house area" how do you feel then? And actually, the moron too has its own piece of land to develop, there is no point why and how come the moron will still unsatisfy with its own piece of land, and ask the owner to move, to utilise the land.

As similar to the petrol price. There is unclear of messages, very unconvincing and non-logical.

The government says that the increase of petrol price because it is to overcome the burden of government that subsidies. But, as the international oil price is increasing too, the country's oil followed to profit too. It is a sudden hike without any preparation, just like what you teachers tell you: "oi! after this, exam ah! "

this is not a proper way either they are not qualified to decide since the politic situations are not covered.

Think the future rather than increase price and prices. What about the crisis? Food crisis? What if we as too happen like what happened in China? What if.. and many kinds of What if...

Thinking increasing of fuel price is only a way to overcome everything? What about the people? What about the Electric? The followed prices? The CPI ? the rich and the poor? and many many things to be considered? No?

If you have a very convincing statement to prove that you are doing the right thing, and please too prove you are using the right way to do it...

Supposed to be relaxed.

After two days of examination, erm.. avoid asking me how was it, I know it won't be very satisfy that What-I -Wrote.. ggrr! ~ Anothing thing happened that made me quite dulan on it. It is really Dulan. avoid saying it lar, people will think that I very not kind enough and small-gas kind. But, It is still have to take concern on this, and I do believe that this might happen to many people out there, this might be a lesson.

The first day exam, yer.. Very headache, and, after it, I think my hand lost control and shaking while all the time when my papa drove me home. It was sooooo painful.. I would like to demand and prefer to have aural test lor.. Not enough time, and rushing to write, might cause my hand and fingers swolen. TNS . Why everytime's exam also makes my hand so suffer, I gonna consider an insurance package on it..

And I felt and it smell so smelly on that day when I was sitting on my exam desk. TNS. Who organised the seats. ??!! It was so smelly lor.. wanna know why?? The incident was like this..>

Then you know why lar??... I was surrounded by shits around me.. Don't you smell it too? ggrrr!!

Have had the presentation... foo... Relax... Yet get to work....

I really did spend my holiday with meaningfull jobs.. Like Sleeping, Eating and onlining.. Great right? and a very active forumer..

I attended an interview to Yeos yesterday. and It was... Grr..

Nothing special but just an interview. The benefit is quite really benficial that they offered. Of course ler.. you think its an ABC sdn bhd mie? It is much much more better than the RM400 per month, 8 am to 8 pm without increment and commissions. Better and really better. I can assume it is boring, and yet, sleepy. It is kind of data entry job, they sure can't expect me to be more skillfull than that. I just have to do filing, yes, they mentioned what should I do, and those high level staff as no time on organising and that's y temporary is needed. That Victor Sam really freaking me out, he hired on spot, but I m not. Really sense it that I .. haizz.. sui jor.. ~~

That's make a point. It doesn't mean that an internship will always a truth. Sometimes, i just don't believe of internships too. Yea, they will really do emphasize that their fix rate will be RM500 something, and they expect us to do a lot of work, and keep on emphasizing that they actually offer us some training and we will learn something on it. tat's y another half salary will act to pay their "training fees" lar..

However, you think they will so good ah? Unless it is your father's big company lor..

One of my friend did told me that, that time he was enrolled internship before, and he did very exciting on it, as he treated it an advantage to learn something.

The truth was not his expectation. He suffered stapling, scanning and photostating almost for month of internship. Is that called industrial training? Not even helping the supervisors in entering datas, not even typing out a single letter? may be not even touch the computers. Serving tea, bodeking and establish relationship and play politics. Is that still called internship?

Found that many companies are very used to hire INTERNSHIP. and therefore, normally students will get attracted to this term, and also lecturers are all mentioning about it. Because of this, those really stupid fool company will hire INTERNSHIP to work their no-people-willing-work-tasks like serve tea and photostating with low pay. TNS.

And that's why I don't think the REAL internship should deserve such low rates. You really think I work free for you ah? I oso want to eat rice OK. Whatever, this kind of internship salary rate is also brought by the students. You know ler, some students they are really rich enough, and they really thought they can learn something from it and thus will say "neimind lar, I don't mind money one, I can work for you... "

Yes, this stupid kind of feller really HOI YAN JING, and tat's why poor people like me got affected. "Oi ! if you think your father can spoon feed you and you really can work without wages jus go far far to work for your father lar, you can be very senang , but not me leh, I hav to survive myself leh, I have to find money eat rice one leh.. "

I really have no idea how Hong Kong produce films and series, Don't they have any objectives on that.. Keep on producing producing, and almost every film and drama using the same actor and actress. They almost appear in every HK produce film. Just imagine that Charmaine Shie morning goes for film A and evening goes for film B. Do they

really face lacking of actor and actresses? mie. Then they should consider me.. wahahahahha!
